Position Summary:
Responsible for providing the following services in " IN THE MEMBER'S HOME" direct support, training and instruction to the individual in behavioral programming, independent skills and activities of daily living, self-care, leisure/recreation, developmental prevocational and/or vocational training and is responsible for upholding individual’s rights. Members who are eligible for these services are person(s) who are enrolled in Employment Community First "ECF" or DIDD. Services.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide a normalized and maturing environment for person supported
Familiarize yourself with the person you support diagnosis, PCSP, ISP, BSP, visions and outcomes.
Progress of Treatment plan
Mental/emotional status and General health status of the individual
Relevant Activities of daily living
Skill Development
Goal completion
Vocational Progress and Updates
Accurately complete daily session note
Accurately complete behavior log (ABC /Sheet) or other data for formal or new behaviors.
Accurately complete all Reportable Event forms
Compensation: "Based on Experience and Education"
CertifiedRBT with 1 year of experience
Bachelor's Level with 1-2 years of experience
No Degree and 5 years experience
Job Type:Part time to Fulltime Employment
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
