We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to work remotely for a few months with our Scottsdale, AZ corporate office until we move to our new Nashville, TN office in the 2nd half of 2021, to empower our rapid, national expansion.

Summary

Our successful Recruiter will be energetic, fast paced, highly organized, process-oriented and people savvy - a generalist with some experience in full-cycle recruiting. Successful candidates will be both big-picture and detail oriented, authentic and passionate. They’ll have a high IQ & EQ, enjoy working independently and collaboratively, be focused and able to prioritize while juggling multiple projects simultaneously. The most successful candidates will be tenacious, accountable, robustly playful, inspired and inspiring. Successful candidates will be be comfortable with addressing differences and conflict while simultaneously also humble and eager to receive and integrate feedback.

Because this is a new position and our business is rapidly expanding, successful candidates will have some capacity with being entrepreneurial and nimble with designing and tuning new systems, and also they must be efficient and at ease with process implementation. They must be excited to “roll up their sleeves” every day and produce to maintain our momentum - leaping in to take action, implementing next steps as soon as there is an opportunity. This role is very hands-on, and there will be opportunities to grow as we expand over the next few years.

In the language of sales, we do consultative recruiting with behavioral questions and cultural interviews, not transactional recruiting by the numbers. The most successful candidates will enjoy geeking out about culture fit and personality assessments plus be intuitive or have a subtle knack for reading people. We are looking for a behavioral analyst, as we discern. At the same time, the most successful candidates must also be great with customer service and sales, so when they find a great candidate, that person knows why they really want to work with us.

Responsibilities

This role will hire the entire spectrum of positions from housekeepers to nurses to psychotherapists to executives. Our Corporate Recruiter will:

Collaboratively design and continuously improve the recruiting process and systems utilized throughout our organization

Implement our entire full-cycle recruiting process in an applicant tracking system:

- develop sourcing strategies

- draft job descriptions and ads

- post and track ads

- track candidates

- screen candidates - for basics and culture fit

- interview candidates - and screen even more discerningly

- contact references

- coordinate background checks

- make recommendations

- coordinate decision processes

Collaborate with HR, Training and other corporate departments and outside consultants

Collaborate with local Hiring Managers and staff on hiring teams

Stay current in modern hiring tools and practices

Additional duties as assigned

Report directly to the Recruiting Manager

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent

1+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting

Excellent verbal and written communication, including editorial skills

Experience in both recruiting firms and small-medium businesses is preferred

Experience with project management is preferred

Experience in healthcare is preferred

Supervisory experience preferred

Education, experience and/or passion for coaching, counseling, psychology, organizational psychology, authentic relating, personality assessments, intuition, behavioral analysis, micro-movement analysis, etc. is preferred

Commitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use is essential

Authorization to work in the US is required

This full-time position will at first be remote with our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ and will begin on November 30 or December 14. Our new Recruiter then work with us in our new Nashville, TN office when we move therein the 2nd half of 2021.

Compensation is $60-65K + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, Life, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave).
