Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (HR field will be an asset)
5+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong federal and state labour law knowledge
Strong payroll processing knowledge
Hands-on Kronos (UKG) knowledge
Intermediate to advanced Excel
