We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the development of our new, centralized recruiting department.

Our most successful candidates will be inspiring leaders. They’ll be energetic, fast paced, process-oriented and people savvy, plus be specialists in recruiting, personality assessments, designing and refining processes, and managing an engaged team. Successful candidates will be organized, accountable, proactive and responsive. They will be both big-picture and detail oriented, plus able to simultaneously juggle many priorities. They’ll be timely, energetic, tenacious and accountable. The most successful candidates will additionally have some capacity for being entrepreneurial and nimble, as we are always developing and implementing new approaches. They must be excited to “roll up their sleeves” every day and produce and also be strategic, looking toward the future.

In the language of sales, we do consultative recruiting with personality assessments, behavioral questions and cultural interviews – not transactional recruiting by the numbers. The most successful candidates will enjoy geeking out about culture fit and empower their team to grow in their skills at behaviorally analyzing and reading people. They’ll also possess the analytical and quantitative capabilities to assess behavior in an objective fashion. The most successful candidates will also demonstrate skillfulness with customer service and sales, so the team ensures that great candidates want to work with us.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Manager oversees all talent acquisition efforts of new personnel as well as the internal promotion of existing personnel. This is a critical role to fueling the strategic growth plan of the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager will:

Establish our new Recruiting Department

Supervise the Recruiting Team (currently 2 recently hired full-time Recruiters)

Lead our full-life cycle, consultative recruitment efforts

Manage a recruiting budget to maintain costs while filling all open positions

Develop, maintain, and modify job posting strategies to maximize exposure to potential personnel

Develop, maintain, and modify job ads and interview question templates (both cultural and technical)

Develop and leverage behavioral assessment tools to assist in identifying high-quality candidates that fit and build our culture

Develop, maintain, and modify reporting and analytics to maximize operational efficiency and continuously improve identification and acquisition of high-quality candidates

Coach, mentor and develop the team to properly assess behavioral and technical fit

Build and maintain relationships with schools (typically Nursing and Clinical) for filling practicum and full-time opportunities

Fill in as a Recruiter when needed

Collaborate with HR, Training and other corporate departments and outside consultants

Collaborate with local Hiring Managers and staff on hiring teams

Stay current in modern hiring tools and practices

Additional duties as assigned

Report directly to the CoS

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or higher in Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources or equivalent field preferred

2+ years of experience managing a Recruiting team required

Experience in full-cycle recruiting required

Experience using behavioral assessment tools preferred

Experience using Predictive Index (PI) preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication, including editorial skills

Experience with project management is preferred

Experience in healthcare is preferred

Education, experience and/or passion for coaching, counseling, psychology, organizational psychology, authentic relating, personality assessments, intuition, behavioral analysis, micro-movement analysis, etc. is preferred

Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues preferred

Commitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use is essential

Authorization to work in the US is required

This Talent Acquisition Manager position ideally begins on November 30 (or December 14 or 28) to build out the department to support our 2021 growth strategy and will be REMOTE with up to 25% travel.

Compensation is $75-85K + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, Life, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave).
