Tow pro is looking for reliable call takers who are friendly team players that work and communicate well with others. Call takers will be working directly with dispatch to ensure the highest possible standards in customer service. Good call takers demonstrate qualities such as: staying calm under pressure, critical thinking, patience, friendliness and organization. To be successful as a call taker you must have basic knowledge of computer data entry and retrieval, ability to stay organized and follow oral/written instructions in a timely manner. We require our call takers to be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Willing to maintain respectful working relations with coworkers, supervisors and customers.
