Janitorial Franchise owner with national cleaning corporation needs a person to clean a small medical facility in Chapel Hill 5 days a week after about 5:30 pm. Should take an hour or slightly less per cleaning. Friday cleaning can be done any time over the weekend. Duties include trash removal, detailed bathroom cleaning, dust/wipe desks/counters, vacuum and mop floors. All supplies on location.
Must be minimum 18 and pass background check. Pay 2 times a month on 5th and 20th. 1099 (contractor pay), no withholdings. Please include contact information if interested.
Also needing floor technician for Columbia and Spring Hill areas. VCT strip/scrub and wax, floor burnish, carpet cleaning and hard floor scrub. Must have truck or van to carry equipment. Pay is negotiable but would probably average $15 to $20 per hour
