This is a part -time position at 24 hours per week. Complimentary golf included.
General Purpose:
Complete daily maintenance and repair to clubhouse and other club facilities. Ensure long-term performance of equipment by completing preventive maintenance on all clubhouse and golf ops equipment.
Essential Duties:
Performs general repairs and maintenance to all areas of the Club including electrical, mechanical, structural aspects of the buildings and grounds and carpentry.
Repairs and provides maintenance to kitchen equipment, general appliances, as well as painting and pressure cleaning.
Performs preventive maintenance and various housekeeping duties as required.
Performs regular scheduled maintenance tasks as assigned as well as unscheduled maintenance tasks and responds to requests on a regular basis.
Must assess the problem, recommend a solution and identify resources needed to resolve the matter.
Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
Education/Experience:
One year electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance experience and/or training;
Must possess a valid drivers license and good driving record to meet required driving standard.
HVAC Technician certification desired, but not required
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and work outdoors and in various climates.
Maybe required to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to fluently speak and read English to interact with club members and coworkers while performing the required duties of this position.
