We are hiring someone for a Sunday through Thursday, 8 PM to 10 PM. Applicants must own their own pickup truck to work at an apartment complex in the Bellevue area of Nashville, TN. Most days take 1.5 to 2 hours. The Trash Fairies courier is responsible for part-time, daily, door-to-door collection of trash and recycling items within the assigned apartment community.
JOB SITE: Nashville, TN 37221 (Bellevue)
PAY: $750/month ($375 on the 1st and 15th by direct deposit) 1099 Contract Labor
SHIFTS: SUN-THUR, 8 PM to 10 PM
REQUIRES OWNING YOUR OWN PICKUP TRUCK
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collect waste and recycling door to door within an assigned apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite. Collection must begin and end within the designated time (10 AM - 12 PM).
Inspect and maintain trash compactors, halls, stairs and floors according to Trash Fairies standards.
Document and report daily all property and resident non-compliance and compactor condition upon arrival / departure.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements Qualifications and Special Conditions of Employment:
Must have own truck.
Must have a phone with data plan to download specific apps we use.
Must currently have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Must maintain valid documentation Auto Liability Insurance, Driver's License, etc.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally to other properties as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions.
Ability to climb stairs and walk distances.
Minimum of HS/GED diploma.
