Our tree service business is growing and we are in immediate need of a general laborer/driver. This is a family owned business and we strive to hold ourselves to an extremely professional manner and believe that is one of the reasons we have been successful so far. We are seeking a honest, articulate, professional, reliable person with a valid drivers license and clean driving record, that can grow with us. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person so long as they have a great attitude, are not afraid of hard work and will show up every day we need them, faithfully, and have reliable transportation. In the future, this is very likely to turn into a full-time position or as close as the weather will allow. As I said earlier, we are really looking for someone long term that will stay with as we continue to grow.
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to, onsite wood chipping, stump grinding, cleanup, etc. Also, non-onsite duties include equipment maintenance (chainsaw sharpening, lubricating equipment, etc.), hook up and disconnect of trailers and equipment, and general maintenance of home base grounds. Experience driving a trailer is strongly preferred but we are willing to train the right person with a go to attitude. There is also the opportunity to work with our affiliated landscaping company as the need arises and more details can be provided during the interview.
