We are a very busy married couple that needs extra housekeeping about 10 hours per week. We have tried cleaning services and they work good but they do not do some extra things we truly need. Here is a list of expected duties:
General house cleaning (every room in our house cleaned weekly basis- we have all hard wood floors),Will need folding laundry and putting it up, dishes, some errands at times. Perhaps some simple organizational projects like re organizing closets.
You must LOVE pets if working here. We have 4 dogs and 2 cats. Our house is 4000 square feet. I keep a good control over pet hair with a daily vacuum robot but still our house gets hairy at times. If you love pets then some house-sitting at times (for extra pay of course) would be a bonus for us. This will probably only be needed 3-4 times a year.
We will require a basic background check which we will pay for and at least 3 references. Please email me back if interested and let me know what experience you have in housekeeping. . We will also provide YOU a background check on us so you know we are a "safe" family to work for. I will then schedule a time for a phone interview with you. If that goes well then we will meet in person. I am truly searching for a long term housekeeper.
We truly want somebody who has cleaned houses before and knows how to really clean well, make a bed well, keep things organized and help us stay organized! High energy level, a "take charge" attitude, trustworthiness (trust is everything to us), punctual, clean background check and driving record will be needed. Please send me you resume and references.
