Middle Tennessee commercial construction and development company seeks an experienced construction project manager or a superintendent interested in growing into a project manager/superintendent position. This is a full time salaried position with paid vacation, and company vehicle. Candidates need to be capable of managing multiple projects, keeping a safe work environment, meeting work schedules , well organized, able to supervise subcontractors and the quality of their work, and having a general working knowledge of all aspects of new construction including but not limited to site grading, site utilities, footing and slab construction, steel and wood framing, and inspecting and supervising interior finishes.
