GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education and/or Certification:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree, business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience

Required Experience

· Experience in residential construction environments preferred

· Knowledge of home and construction systems and processes preferred

· Forklift experience

· Self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure

· Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.

· Experience with MS Office Products – Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Accounting software

· Detail oriented

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent written and verbal skills

· Demonstrates initiative and flexibility

· Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and BASIC DUTIES

· Maintain start dates in WRAPT based on portal information for targeted builders (i.e. WJ, True, Lennar, etc)

· Communicate with supers regarding job readiness maintaining WRAPT for all roofing jobs.

· Communicate with supers regarding job readiness maintaining WRAPT for siding jobs on targeted builders (WJ, True, Lennar, Johnson, Schumaker, etc).

· Communicate with Field Managers on service needs from customers.

· Miscellaneous warehouse work including but not limited to pulling orders for customers.

· Prepare materials for transport.

· Load and unload trucks.

· Perform inventory control/cycle counts.

· Assemble columns per SouthEnd/Builder requirements

· Track and communicate all safety violations by crew member on a weekly basis (tracked by market).

· Ensure all escalated disciplinary processes are followed on repeat offenders.

· Assist in scheduling safety trainings including monitoring reoccurring annual training needs for business partners and field staff.

· Assist in tracking safety training as part of onboarding of new Business Partners and field staff.

· Maintain inventory levels of safety equipment.

· Communicate backordered pick tickets to field and business partners.

· Communicate with field staff when backordered warehouse items are received into inventory.

· Assist in facilitating installation of backordered warehouse items through service department.

· Building relationships with SouthEnd Staff and possibly having field trips to gain further knowledge.

· Monitor all subcontractor packages for completeness and Uploading crew information into FTQ, WRAPT, and Sage. – All Divisions

· Conducts oneself only in a professional way while associated with SouthEnd Exteriors.

· Works in a safe manner always and consistently provide a safe work environment.

· Tracking services and pay outs.

· Review plans/selections.

· Review PO’s for color collection changes and material changes.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensures adherence to all State and Federal guidelines and Industry regulations

· Performs other duties as required
