GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education and/or Certification:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Must pass a DOT physical and must have a valid Driver’s License

Required Experience

· Valid Driver's License

· Experience with Fiber Cement Siding installation

· Experience with Vinyl Siding Installation

· Experience in completing trim sheet/coil/boxing work

· Basic computer skills

· Good manual dexterity

· Great analytical skills

· Solves problems effectively

· Works well with others

· Detail oriented

· Excellent written and verbal skills

· Demonstrates initiative and flexibility

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and BASIC DUTIES

Responsible for processing and completion of field service requests, managing service tickets and partnering with all other Service Department team members to insure that daily volume goals are met or exceeded

Ensures all daily production items are completed in a timely manner

Provides in-field installation repairs and completing outstanding work orders

Responsible for maintaining the completion of all outstanding service tickets

Ensures the commitments of the service team are fulfilled

Assures that all deadline are met

Maintains consistent communication with service management and the field on any missed or delayed timelines

Ensures that all installations are completed according to manufacturer instructions

Responsible for the care and management of company provided equipment when in the field

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensures adherence to all State and Federal guidelines and Industry regulations

· Performs other duties as required
