We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant with Finance/Accounting Experience to assist one of our managers with managing the day to day operations of our growing home health care company. We are looking for an independent, self-starting, confidential and reliable individual who possesses a high level of energy and great attention to detail. In addition to being a quick learner, this new hire should have good written and verbal communication skills and be well organized. Integrity, positive attitude and a can-do spirit are required.

Pay rate is negotiable and will be directly related to the experience, performance, and capabilities of the individual.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must Be Reliable and have consistent and dependable transportation (you may occasionally need to run errands).

Must be over the age of 18, have a Valid Driver's License, and be able to clear a Criminal Background Check (7-10 years) and Drug Screen.

Minimum two years of Office Administrative experience with accounting and finance experience.

Able to assist with reviewing transaction entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Also, can review financial transactions by reviewing supporting documents. Able to assist with maintaining accounting and financial controls by reviewing policies and procedures.

Teamwork - Experience in successfully working as part of a team and able to maintain a positive working environment. Dependable in both production and attendance.

Communication Skills - Able to communicate efficiently and effectively with persons at all levels of business.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Publisher, Excel etc.)

Organization - Must have excellent organizational skills and self-discipline. Ability to handle frequent interruptions, and multi-task. Ability to establish priorities effectively.

Must be able to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality.

Minimum of typing 50 wpm and Must be able to take instructions well.

Perform other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned and needed.

This position is highly visible, requiring discretion, good judgment, a pleasant and professional manner, and articulate phone voice. A genuinely warm and friendly demeanor is essential.
