A small, local education company seeks a Manager of Administration to oversee operations, billing, project completion, and overall efficiency. The ideal candidate understands the importance of excellent customer service and has well-developed leadership skills.

Qualifications & Skills:
-At least two years experience in an administrative position, preferably managerial
-Associate degree or higher in Office Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field
-Pleasant, courteous demeanor and consistently professional appearance
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to collaborate in a team setting
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
-Supervising and assisting client support staff
-Client contact (scheduling appointments, providing information on products/services, resolving issues, etc.)
-Creating and maintaining records
-Supervising client billing
-Maintaining overall efficiency of the facility
-Must have some flexibility to work occasional nights and Saturday mornings, but the majority of the hours are between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
