Responsibilities
Job Summary: The office administrator performs varied tasks that support all home building operations. This includes but is not limited to: answering phones, filing, communicating with client/customers, estimating/costing, bidding, issuing purchase orders and warranty coordination. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently, communicate thoroughly while performing many different tasks that support the construction of custom homes in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
JOB DUTIES:
- Bookkeeping
- Issue purchase orders
- Perform takeoffs from blueprints
- Submit permit applications/obtain permits
- Coordinate utility installation/inspections
- Organize job files
- Coordinate warranty requests and work orders
- Coordinate bid requests
- Update website
- Answer Phones
- Greet Guests
- Maintain office supplies
