We are proud to announce that The West Agency is rapidly expanding. We are excited to announce our newest locations; Nashville, TN, Fort Wayne, IN, Clarksville, IN and Litchfield, OH with many more to come.
We are currently looking for sales reps, territory managers, manager trainee, benefit specialist, appointment setters and part time workers as well.
All of our hourly positions start at $15/hour with the opportunity to work remote.
Our sales positions are salary + commission with a first year average of around $70,000. (40-50 hours per week).
