Apex Systems is looking for a Remote Configurations Analyst to join one of our top clients here in Nashville , TN. This position is 100% REMOTE and requires Benefit Configuration experience with QNXT.
If you are interested please share your resume to Account Manager, Kelsey Bramlett, at Title: Configurations Specialist Duration: 6 months Location: Remote Rates: Highly competitive Key Responsibilities:- Reviews requests for configuration changes (CCRs) for completeness and clarity.
- Reviews configuration and associated documentation for accuracy, completeness and appropriateness, recommending most appropriate modeled solution when necessary.
- Assists/Coaches Config Analysts on most appropriate configuration, addresses questions and forms root cause analysis on proposed failures.
- Identifies process and system improvement opportunities.
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
- Coordinates the activities with other IT sections (e.g. business analysts, development team.).
- Functions as subject matter expert for industry and system related issues with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

- At least five years of solid, diverse work experience in IT, health insurance delivery, processing, enrollment processing, premium billing, provider contracts, administration or configuration desirable.
- Possesses full knowledge of phases of systems analysis as relates to configuration, but also considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
- Query Skillset
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with a team of Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Project Managers and Application Developers to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Administration knowledge
- Medicare//Medicare- Plan
- Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) governance experience
- Team leadership experience
