As a sub dealer for Smart Home Protection, you are saving lives - humans, pets and saving valuables and homes. Every sale you make is another person being protected. We are very passionate about this!

Smart Home Protection Systems is one of the oldest (since 1996) Dealers for ADT and has a long history of success in the industry! We are excited to offer an opportunity to earn uncapped income! Smarthome Protection Systems is committed to hiring team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service - people who understand the importance of customer satisfaction and what it means to their career development. We provide leads through the MLS, however our primary method of marketing is through Direct Sales via door to door. If you cannot perform, or feel uncomfortable with this method please refrain from applying. This type of work requires a self motivated and integral individual who can work without being micro managed. You would be considered a sub dealer - and in charge of your customer through the entire process. No sales meetings, work at your own pace. You may put a team underneath you, create a great network, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and prioritize prospects using creative lead generating techniques.

Create the account, run credit, order equipment and schedule install.

Build trust and rapport with customers through consistent use of established ADT processes.

Meet or exceed assigned sales quota while following established Smarthome Protection Systems guidelines.

Adhere to current Smarthome Protection Systems policies, procedures, products, programs and services.

Maintain customer relationships by consistent follow up to ensure long term satisfaction and generate referrals

Education/Work Experience:

High School degree or equivalent preferred

Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales role


Have a clean background

Must possess strong communication and negotiation skills

Effective time management skills

Aptitude for problem solving and resolving conflicts

Ability to determine solutions for customers in a consultative sales approach


Ability to stand or walk for 8-10 hours/day

Valid driver's license with clean driving record and a vehicle

Ability to work a full-time schedule

Available for local travel, nights and weekends to accommodate the customers' agenda
