- Responsible for leading and overseeing the configuration and development of solutions within the ServiceNow environment.
- Oversee trouble shooting, problem resolution, customization and change management in the ServiceNow environment.
- Assists and coordinates with the vendor for software upgrades.
- Work with members of the ServiceNow team, internal customers, and external vendors to design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support the enterprise.
- Administer user permissions, assignment groups, and module implementation
- Configure email notifications
- Data mapping and data imports
- Configure ebonding connection with external entities
- Formulate testing approach, test cases and testing documentation
- Backup Developer as needed
- Work with Active Directory administrators to resolve issues with connectivity and data integrity
- Support the development and configuration including, but not limited to Service Portal, Change Management, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, and Knowledgebase
- 5+ years’ experience as a Systems Administer in a large Enterprise Environment using Service Now
- 3+ Experience with ITBM and ITSM
- ITIL preferred in Service Now environment
