Responsibilities of the Software Engineer:- Provide technical support to customers for data ingestion in an AWS environment
- Ensure accurate and timely data availability to meet enterprise and customer SLAs
- Support software applications used for processing healthcare transactions
- Promptly respond to customer concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for file processing issues
- Moderate discussions between technical and nontechnical end users
- Perform product research, provide customer training as needed
- Communicate updates to customers based on team policy
- At least 5 years of product support experience in healthcare IT
- Understanding of healthcare domain with supporting X12, HL7, FHIR, clinical data, XML, JSON, CSV, and proprietary formats
- Ability to provide production support for issues such as data load problems, transformation translation problems, SFTP file transfers
- Develop and maintain system diagrams and technical documents for internal and external team
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in an AWS environment
