Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Roller Operator for a project in the Lebanon, TN area.
PAY: $27.00 - $32.00/per hour (based on experience)
HOURS: 1st Shift - 7:00 am-3:30 pm
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday 40hrs. (possible OT available)
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: Temp-to-perm
Responsibilities:
Must be able to operate a CAT and/or Weiler Paver.
Ability to operate a Roller, and Skid Steer is a plus.
Strong analytical ability, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years construction/asphalt experience required.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Reliable transportation required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate equipment controls.
Must be able to pass drug screening.
