McMillion Pool Company is a leading Swimming pool repair and service company in Nashville, TN. We have an immediate opening for a Pool Route Technician. We are looking to take on an additional, very large route and expand our service area if we can find the right person to handle the route. Must have experience in the following areas. We are looking for a TEAM PLAYER with customer focus. Ideal candidate will have a good attitude and carry out instructions as requested by the team leader. Self-motivated, willingness and ability to travel. We will train the right individual.
JOB DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED. Valid driver's license. Excellent organization skills / make to do lists / use planner / does not have to be asked to do things more than once. Quick learner / respectful attitude toward your supervisor and respect for the company and people that your work for. Willing to come in to work on time on Monday - Friday with some Saturdays in peak pool season months. Results oriented, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal communication skills.

BASE PAY: Competitive. Training salary if no experience is $20 an hour, and up to $15K performance pay for high performers. Your Bonus Pay will be determined by your proficiency and ability to "hit the ground running," and carry out the described job skills. Profit Sharing Bonus is paid August 15 and December 15.
