DescriptionPut your meticulous organizational skills to use as a Billing Clerk, a position available through Accountemps. This Billing Clerk opening is with an organization in the Oak Ridge, Tennessee area and is a long-term temporary position. In this Billing Clerk position, your responsibilities will include reviewing bills and entering data into spreadsheets and accounting software. Assess billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, tracking down missing or correct data when necessary
Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
Build financial controls and procedures
Examine, evaluate, and process invoices or bills for services rendered
Requirements
Outstanding data entry skills
Billing experience desired
Adeptness in Correct Billing
Experience with Billing System
Billing Functions experience preferred
Foundational knowledge in Billing Statements
Deep understanding of Billing Collection
Demonstrated knowledge of electronic billing
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Ability to work with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
