Our current portfolio consists of five limited service hotels, along with three hotels and two restaurants in our development pipeline. Our company is seeking a qualified General Manager for our newest hotel. We are opening our first full service hotel and in search for a strategic business leader for our hotel, who will be responsible for all aspects of the operations including guest and associate satisfaction, financial performance, asset protection, sales and revenue generation, associate relations, and delivering a return on investment to our ownership. This dynamic individual will also lead the team in the development and implementation of hotel-wide strategies, with the objective of striding to exceed guest and owner expectations.Your day to dayGeneral Responsibilities:

Optimize and maximize Guest, Associate &Communityexperience.

Responsible for the overall success of the hotel, usingstrong ethical leadershipskills to drive revenue, maximize profits, and ensure quality.

Effectively manage and motivate associates to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest and associate satisfaction.

Champion of the hotel’s internal and external communications and record keeping.

Be the Hotel’s Cultural Accountant

What we need from you-College or higher-level education-3 years Hotel operations experience with minimum of 2 years at management level.-Must be strong leader, self-motivator, team builder with a guest centric mentality and willing to work 50+ hours per week (minimum 5 days per week).What we offerCompetitive Pay and BenefitsReport This Job
