OverviewEmergency Room TechnicianFull-Time, 72 Hours per pay period, Variable shiftsRequired to work every other weekend, 1 major Summer Holiday and 1 major Winter holiday.Position Summary:Functions as a specialized direct patient caregiver in the Emergency Department, performing tasks to assist nurses and providers. Performs hands-on care, specified technical tasks, and coordinates communications on the unit.Minimum Education: None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the stsandards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority.Minimum Experience:NoneLicensure Requirement:EMT, CNA or MA certification required or Student in an accredited nursing education program.
