The Assistant Nurse Manager Step Down (PM) will work the night shift managing the step down unit, reporting to the house supervisor. Responsibilities of the Assistant Nurse Manager Step Down will include overseeing department operational workflow, scheduling, mentoring new-hires, and assisting with direct patient care as needed. The Assistant Nurse Manager Step Down (PM) will cross collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care treatment plans, and manage a team of specialized RNs, LPNs, technicians, and ancillary staff.
