The company’s broader aftermarket product coverage, stronger distribution channels, and enhanced channel development will strengthen its position in established and high growth markets (China and India), and drive success through new mobility models and capturing evolving e-commerce opportunities.We are looking for a Dynamometer Technician that is responsible for Day to day operation of brake dynamometers within the R&D test engineering department to support friction material development.The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. Support test engineering staff in a hands-on lab environment.

Conduct measurements – physical characterization of braking components.

Data entry.

Brake component assembly.

Start-up and monitoring of computer-controlled test equipment.

Assist engineering and technicians in coordination of testing – gather parts, test fixtures, information.

Perform machine setups on brake test dynamometers and associated support equipment.

Test sample preparation including thermocouple manufacture and installation.

Required ExperienceEDUCATION: High School Diploma Required.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

0 – 1 years of experience with gauges and measurement tools.

Hands-on experience in mechanical and automotive repair.

Basic Computer Knowledge.

Mechanical Aptitude.
