The OE Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing all activities related to the daily preparation and completion of OE (original equipment) shipments for the Unit Mold and Positive Mold value streams.Specific Duties:1) Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with company procedures, expectations and work instructions.2) Duties and tasks include, but are not limited to:Obtain and execute the OE daily/weekly ship schedule from Customer Service.Coordinate with Unit Mold and Positive Mold leaders/operators to ensure supply of finished good product needed to meet daily/weekly ship targets.Confirm all quality inspection processes are complete prior to shipment preparation and outgoing transportation.Work with material handlers in identification, final packaging, and staging of outgoing product.Ensure Production Shop Order documentation is complete and submitted for close-out in a timely manner.Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation.Understand Unit Mold and Positive mold production flow and standard Work in Process (WIP) as well as known constraints to the flow of finished goods to shipping.Support Aftermarket Shipping, Receiving, or other Warehousing functions if needed.Assist operations as needed in maintaining inventory accuracy.Participate in Value Stream improvement efforts to obtain materials and overall value stream targets.Perform other duties as assigned.Required ExperiencePosition Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:2-3 years experience working in a manufacturing or logistics support roleWarehouse and logistics experience preferred.Proficient in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel.Previous experience using ERP systems required. Experience with SAP strongly desired.Must be able to lift 40 lbs. in a safe manner.Must have range of motion sufficient to permit climbing stairs, walking, standing, stooping and crouching for extended periods of time while performing duties.
