- Develops, maintains, and executes regression level testing scenarios to verify existing systems requirements are maintained.
- Takes lead role in understanding key components of the system and infrastructure by attending department meetings and working directly with user representatives.
- Works with senior management to resolve issues and report on quality of system maintenance activity and new releases.
- Acts as Quality Assurance liaison to management for specified areas of responsibilities.
- Measures system performance on multi-user platforms through test scenarios using automated testing software, providing analysis results and recommendations.
- Responsible for scripts and scenario maintenance to reflect new functionality, data and user load increases detailed in usage reports.
- Anticipates user problems and suggests appropriate changes to correct defects and to enhance system functionality and performance.
- Utilizes automated defect tracking system to log and track exceptions.
- Produces defect reports for management
- Working knowledge of QA test lab configuration/setup, troubleshooting problems, and updating automated testing software
- Solid knowledge of test automation frameworks and open-source automation tools
- Proficient in developing and implementing test plans and test scripts to ensure thorough testing as it relates to functional/technical specifications and end-user expectations
- Familiar with Scrum/agile methodologies and processes
- Ability to independently rate and understand the level of problem severity found during testing.
- Must be able to work with and through all levels of management and exude strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to be flexible/multi-task based on workflow demands
- Ability to speak, write and read the English language
- Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming or related field
- 6 years' work experience in Quality Assurance or related field
- 1 year of work experience using JMeter and Selenium
- 1 year of work experience validating communication integrity and efficiency of software interactions between applications development, DBA and LAN administration
