Location: Springfield, TN

Duration: 12 month assignment

As a reputable company in the IT staffing industry, you can trust us to place you in the right position. We currently have an opportunity for a Site System Administrator in Springfield, TN. Skillset / Experience: This contract position will be responsible for the procurement and installation of equipment and network connections to support Springfield's MES project known as DOME. This includes placing SAP purchase orders, receiving shipments, configuring PCs, iPads, Raspberry Pis, TVs and other miscellaneous equipment. This position will work with facility, maintenance and operational teams to coordinate these installations. All equipment and network connections will be tested and confirmed before the beginning of manufacturing verification tests.

Responsibilities:• Create purchase orders and receive shipments• Configure and deploy PC's, iPads, touch monitors, Raspberry Pi devices• Install and configure software on these devices• Install TV monitors and content devices• Install mounting arms and suspension TV hangars• Work with site teams to install required infrastructure including electricity and network infrastructure• Work with manufacturing engineer on placement of DOME devices• Operate a scissor lift to assist in the installation of overhead equipment (training and certification will be provided)• Assist in resolution of network communication problems• Utilize Service Now to accept and resolve problem tickets and coordinate additional support activities• Track hardware and software utilizing asset management procedures• May perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical education
  • 1+ years technical support experience for end user or network computing with hands on experience supporting desktop PC in a Windows10 environment.
  • 1+ years of configuring PC's, installing network cards, memory, etc.
  • 1+ years experience installing and configuring software.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED • Excellent customer service skills to work effectively with clients and vendors.• Ability to communicate to various levels in the organization.• Demonstrated problem solving skills• Ability to work well with other people in a team oriented environment.• Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
