Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative with the primary objective to increase total revenue by cultivating existing customer relationships and by developing new customer relationships. In addition to working with customers, the successful candidate will work to solidify mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, partners, resellers and distributors. Additional duties include development of sales material, website, overall messaging, and general market presence to include social media. This position is in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified applicants.RequirementsResponsibility and Duties:

Develop a thorough understanding of our products and customer base through company provided training

Continue to proactively prospect new opportunities

Drive effective presentation, proposal and quote preparation and manage the overall opportunity process, including communication strategies, etc.

Generate well-written, grammatically accurate and technically correct quotes and presentations

Provide technical consultation to customers to help solve their applications using company products

Develop and manage strong customer relationships and establish a deep and ongoing understanding of the customer-s processes and goals with the objective to increase overall revenue and add value to the customer.

Required Qualifications:

Outgoing, personable, professional and well-spoken

Interest and ability to understand highly technical products

Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills

Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests

Goal-oriented and extremely hard working

Highly ethical with willingness to abide by all company policies and procedures: including professional dress code, punctuality, attendance, and sales process policies.

Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred

2-4 years of relevant industry or technical sales experience

Willingness to travel within the United States and abroad 60% of the time, including trips which can extend 2 weeks at times

Ability to speak and/or understand multiple languages is a plus (Asian / French / German)
