- Responsible for multiple products and projects simultaneously that may cross multiple business units, companies and areas of expertise.
- Thoroughly understand business requirements.

- Guide developers in applying object-oriented techniques to all development efforts to reduce technical debt and increase code quality.
- Member of an Agile Development team composed of onshore and offshore members.
- Bachelor’s Degree & 7+ years of experience designing, developing application programs
- Experience using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, Java, Proc, UNIX Shell Scripting, Data flow diagrams, E/R data modeling and design techniques.
- Experience supporting systems involving Symphony/SEYC Gold or similar system
- Strong experience with Retail systems required
- Experience with warehouse management, grocery or produce a Plus
- Excellent communication skills
