Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maximize Sales and Distribution

o The SM will secure new accounts and establish distribution for Pervida on a regional and national level.

o Supporting sales will be the number one priority demonstrated by consistent growth of accounts, increase in sales, re-orders and sales retention.

o Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals through self-generated leads.

o Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

o Conducts sales presentations and build relationships with key decision makers to align Pervida in target market.

o Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

o Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

o

Business Development & Leads Generation

o Identify new leads through strategic prospecting methods including cold calls, telemarketing and daily activity needed to generate new accounts.

o Manage CRM to track, monitor and forecast sales opportunities, deals in progress and purchase orders received.

o Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

o Routinely communicate progress with company staff, including reporting to the Operations Director and President.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Experience in Sales required.

Experience with working on commission based plan strongly preferred.

Bachelors degree preferred.

This will be a remote position. Experience with remote work strongly preferred.
