Position: Lead Salesperson
J Ross is a full service, fast growing painting and drywall company in East Tennessee. The company has doubled its annual revenue over the last 12 months, and we are looking for experienced self-motivated individuals to join our sales team.
This position will be responsible for the day to day sales of the company under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
The following are the qualifications are preferred but not all required:
Experience in the painting, drywall or construction industry, field and bidding experience.
Previous experience in sales.
Ability to operate independently
Critical thinking and organizational skills
Time management skills
Interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
Education and certificates are added positives
Non-comprehensive list of possibly duties/responsibilities:
Present all company products and services to new and existing customers.
Facility and developing new customers and relationships
Become a public presence in the community representing the company.
Customer relations and collaboration
Assist in coordination and starting of sold jobs.
Meet or exceed company sales goals.
J Ross is looking for long term relationships. Position will incorporate sales incentives as well as a base salary as compensation. Paid holidays and vacation included as well as other possible benefits.
