We are looking for a Licensed Property & Casualty Sales Representative for our fast paced growing agency. Our ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, be a team player, sales driven & have the ability to multi-task.
Responsible for prospecting, quoting, and selling Personal Lines insurance products. Interact professionally and communicate in a positive manner at all times while exceeding expectations. Must meet and/or exceed individual sales goals established by leadership on a consistent basis. Must meet goals, have good time management and adhere to schedule on a consistent basis. Every day job functions must be met with quality and integrity at all levels.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage multiple inbound and outbound lead opportunities on a regular basis and holds themselves accountable for timely interaction with clients/prospects without close supervision.
Prequalifies prospects for insurability and quality of risks. Recommends coverages, completes and submits applications and related documentation as needed. Executes follow-up as appropriate.
Prepare insurance proposals in a timely manner while ensuring appropriate coverage is offered so the insured's needs are adequately protected.
Develop relationships with clients/prospects by reviewing missed opportunities on unsold leads to completing the sales process with accuracy.
Maintains complete and accurate profiles to ensure successful compliance. Documentation and follow-up is a must.
Must have Property and Casualty License, Efficient Closing Skills, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking
