Lawn Care General Manager/ Foreman

Master’s Touch Lawn Care is seeking an experienced General Manager/Foreman to manage and lead crews, deliver professional, high-quality lawn care, grounds maintenance, and landscaping services to our commercial and high-end residential clients. Applicants MUST have a minimum of three years’ experience, valid drivers license, and the ability to manage teams effectively. Located in Elizabethton TN. Pay is based on experience, between $20–$25 per hour, with a $2 per hour raise after a 60-day trial period. Benefits include weekly pay with overtime pay over 40hrs plus optional matching 401(k) up to 3% per paycheck. This is a full time position and begins February/ March of 2026. Candidates must submit a résumé with references and hold a valid driver’s license. Spanish speakers are welcome.
