Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America)Responsible for setting up lines before startup. Passes out knives and scissors to line team members. Gives relief breaks as needed. Responsible for overall product flow, and smooth running of line. Must assure production areas are sanitized. Must be able to work well with team members at all levels. Responsible for all of the paperwork for the line. Others duties may be assigned by supervisor. Must be able to perform essential job functions to standard within 20 days. Must be able to work flexible hours and some weekends. Must be able to work in a cold & wet environment. Must observe all required hygiene & safety procedures at all times. Must be able to stand for entire shift. Must be detailed-oriented. Job requires bending, lifting, turning, and twisting. Must have the ability to acquire pallet jack license. MUST HAVE AND MAINTAIN LESS THAN 7 ATTENDANCE POINTS. Must have worked 6 months out of the last 12.
