- Manage 17-23Hearing Aid Centers
- Read Profit and Loss Statements and interpret the statements for your team
- Drive Sales and motivate your team to meet KPI's
- Recruit Hearing Aid Dispensers or Audiologist for open clubs
- Drive from club to club to meet with Associates on your team
- Licensed hearing instrument dispenser or an Audiologist is a PLUS
- 3 years of management in a multi-unit setting
- Strong understanding of EBITDA
- Motivated by helping others hear better
- Ambitious with a sales attitude
- An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy
- Excellent follow-up skills
