Responsible for performing comprehensive and problem focused history and physical exams, interpret and correlate laboratory and diagnostic procedures. Interpret and correlate subjective and objective data to formulate a differential diagnose and establish a working diagnosis. Formulate a treatment plan for problems within scope of practice. Implement therapeutic intervention for specific conditions when appropriate. Exercise judgment on problems requiring consultation, referral, or evaluation by the supervising physician or other healthcare professionals. Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, graduated with Masters. Required Skills:
Perform detailed history and physical on all patients, diagnose and treat patients, order appropriate tests/procedures, and prescribe medications for specific diagnosis.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Licenses:
