About youWe have an opportunity for a Procurement Officer. This position will see you engage with various stakeholders across the enterprise.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager and liaising within project teams, this role will see you;
- Management of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Invoicing;
- Management of Consultancy Agreements including; rate negotiations, development of consultancy agreement, purchase order and ongoing management;
- Management of Contract engagement database;
- Developing templates for use in engagement of new contractors;
- Develop and distribute procurement reports including monthly expenditure, purchase order/purchase requisition metrics and non-purchase order payments;
- Undertake approach to markets for small Procurements including; identify vendors, issue Request for Quotations/Proposals/Tender (RFQ/P/T); analysis of vendor responses, contract award and post award management;
- In-Country Vendor Invoice Processing including billing account creation, vendor profile management and reporting;
- Increase funding on POs through PRR process to allow for payments
- Raise SLICS tickets
Qualifications
