Your new roleAre you ready to start your professional career in Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial Management? Our Procurement Team has an opportunity to join as a Material Planner, learning the day to day operations from the ground up. No experience required!
Reporting to the Head of Procurement,your duties will include;- Work with Sourcing and Commercial ManagementTeam members to ensure supply of goods, materials & services;
- Lead generation of Purchase Requests;
- Process Purchase Card orders & payments;
- Compile and distribute procurement reports;
- Process Non-PO Payments via the Procure-2-Pay system;
- Undertake data reconciliations and report findings;
- Provide administrative support to the SCM Teams as required;
- Provide support to the Contracts Admin function including reporting;
- Develop and maintain close working relationships will internal & external stakeholders.
- A career path in Procurement, Supply Chain and Legal/Commercial Contract Management;
- Mentoring and coaching from the Head of Procurement and other senior team members;

You might also bring 1-2 years experience in a professional environment. Most essential for this role are your creating thinking, collaborative, problem solving skills and desire to grow and learn.
