We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to assist our Executive Chef oversee the running of the  Kitchen. You will be responsible to ensure that all food services and procedures are consistent and follows the standards of service and ensure we are delivering our vision to be the trusted global hospitality group.Key Responsibilities;Ongoing management and development of the Kitchen teamHave a genuine passion for what you do, keeping up to date with new food trends, and actively contributing to menu development and ways of improving consistency, product, revenue performance and the overall smooth operation of the kitchen.Be a calming influence in the midst of a high pressured, fast paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive team morale creating a culture that people want to be part of.Ensuring that food costs are maintained to meet the target set by the hotel by controlling the food ordering procedures.Be flexible and rotate to work across breakfast, lunch and dinner to ensure service standards expected are being achieved.
