This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by:Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage optionsServing Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.Shift Details (subject to change):Rotating roster across Monday to SundayBreakfast and Dinner shiftsSplit shifts required on some daysHourly rates (excluding super):Monday – Friday: $32.31 per hour
Saturday: $38.78 per hour
Sunday: $45.24 per hour
