The below information has been provided by Ohio Valley Sales:

Ohio Valley Sales, a representative agency for Masterbrand Cabinets, has an immediate opening for a Territory Sales Representative in the Central Indiana Region. This is a sales position responsible for increasing market share and awareness of MasterBrand Cabinetry in the assigned sales territory.

Accountabilities:

  • Meeting or exceeding all sales targets set for the region; execute sales calls. Increasing market share.
  • Problem solving/resolution with dealers on product and consumer issues, providing best in class service levels
  • Communications with Agency principles and works collaboratively with them

The ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Experience within the home building industry or building materials sales
  • Works well independently and in a collaborative setting
  • Strong organizational skills, follow up skills, and is highly self-motivated
  • Strong consultative sales styleand demonstration passion for success
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ensures workflow and processes are followed as needed to achieve business objectives and maximum level of operational efficiency

Driving Requirements:

  • Dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Travel Requirements:

  • This position will require travel within a 3-hour radius of sales territory
