Internship Finance - AP/AR

Summary:The Intern is responsible for Accounts Payable and providing support to staff in various areas within the Accounting Department.Responsibilities:Handling routine of all Payable transaction processing and recording.Ensure on time payment of supplier's invoice, intercompany loans and employees' reimbursements and liquidations with corresponding complete authorization.Ensure an accurate and timely recording of transactions with correct posting of journal entries in ERP system and attached complete and accurate supporting documents in ERP system.Support the month end process by providing supporting documentation for month end journals.Report on Aged Payables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable.
