Job Description

Under the leadership of the Program Managers, the Program Analyst will work with internal and/or external parties and systems to investigate, extract, analyze, and report on construction program data across dedicated region.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the Program Leaders in managing program level data
  • Checking project compliance requirements are documented in accordance with client governance policies
  • Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking against historical system data
  • Undertaking deep dive analysis of live data to identify outliers, trends, and calculate key performance measures
  • Preparing written project communication materials including charts and presentation decks
  • Supporting the production of program level reports for Senior Management
  • Liaising with the client and project delivery managers to provide guidance on data management
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for data and reports
  • Being a leader in document control policies and providing support to delivery teams
  • Ensure QA/QC is being followed

Qualifications

  • 5- 10 years working experience in data management and deep dive analysis
  • Experienced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
  • Advanced skills with spreadsheets, charts, and presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions
  • Develops good working relationships with project team
  • Experience with client specific systems
  • Self-Motivated and proactive
  • Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be a team player
  • Degree qualifications preferred
  • Bi-lingual preferred
