Co-lead the rollout and growth of Sika MY Rewards loyalty program, managing retailer onboarding, engagement, and reward redemption activities.
Monitor and analyze loyalty program performance, providing insights and recommendations to increase adoption and retention.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to design end-user promotions that link to loyalty rewards.
Manage retail events, dealer meetings, and training sessions, with a focus on loyalty and engagement.
Track competitor activities, industry trends, and retailer needs to recommend improvements.
Report on the effectiveness of trade, retail, and loyalty programs, ensuring ROI-driven decision making.
