Also, we offer training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will: Support and guide associate store owners in all aspects of their business  Develop and grow the sales and distribution network in your territory, and the TW and Cadel partner network Implement, promote and follow up on TW and Cadel programs Build and maintain strong relationships with store team members, customers and distribution centersPromote our programs to ensure maximum adherence: plan sales efforts with dedicated sales force and collaborate with Banner Coordinators to increase market penetration Hold regular business reviews with store managers. Salary range: $75,300- $94,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.
