Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties such as coordinating seminars, compiling financial reports, assisting with grant submissions, and processing laboratory orders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize seminars, including but not limited to scheduling, coordinating traveling information for the speakers, arranging food, making announcements, coordinating promotion for social media, etc.

Assist with grant proposal submission and administration

NIH ASSIST data entry (e.g., budget forms, PDF uploads)

Organization of administrative components for submission

Subcontract follow-up

Provide administrative support for the laboratories

Ordering office supplies and laboratory supplies through Quartzy

Managing monthly spending and account balance reports

Managing facilities and maintenance requests
